The hotel is located in a convenient spot for skiing enthusiasts, as it is quite close to the slopes. the room and the bathroom were well-maintained, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. the breakfast was good, and the food served at dinner was diverse and enjoyable. the hotel also has a nice and cozy SPA, which could be accessed after early afternoon
There were some issues with the shower, such as lack of hot water and low water pressure.

The staff and management were supportive and kept the room and bathroom clean. The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made transportation easy. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were good, including a cozy SPA opening at 2.30 pm.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location was perfect as it was close to the slopes for skiing. The service provided was impeccable, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all being of top-notch quality. The airport shuttle made it convenient for me to reach here, and the ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire facility made it a breeze to enjoy my time on the slopes. The room amenities were also impressive, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The sitting area and terrace added to the luxurious feel of the room.
I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always eager to help. the room and bathroom were kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food served for dinner which was always different.
The hot water in the shower was barely warm and the pressure was lacking. the decorations and furnishings in the room were terribly outdated.

The surroundings of the hotel were very peaceful. We also appreciated that the staff was always helpful and attentive to our needs. Plus, the SPA had a good atmosphere and was adequately maintained.
Our stay was not as good as we expected. The rooms were somewhat outdated and required an updated decoration.
